The Wikco Motorcycle Tire Changers are probably the best manual motorcycle tire changers available, and are priced to be the best values. Two models are available: the standard model MC110.200, the perfect choice if almost all the tires you are changing are motorcycle wheels; this is our lowest cost model. If you are changing motorcycle tires, as well as car, pickup, and atv tires on a regular basis, then the model MC110.100 deluxe model is the tire changer you need. Both models provide full protection against rim scratches when using the tire bar and bead breaker.

The Wikco Tire Changer is the original multi-use manual tire changer, which is, and always has, been Made In The USA.

Both models use our deluxe replaceable nylon wheel clamps for maximum wheel protection when clamping the rim. Also included with both models is our custom wheel bar with nylon ends to protect the rim, as well as our nylon protected motorcycle bead breaker shoe to protect the rim from scratches when breaking the bead; protection is also provided for the underneath side of the rim with our protective rubber sheet that covers the bead breaker base.

• The model MC110.200 motorcycle tire changer has many of the great features of our deluxe model, but is primarily designed to change motorcycle tires with a rim diameters from 8 inches up through 21 inches. The motorcycle wheels are held securely in our adjustable motorcycle vise using our nylon wheel clamps.



• The MC110.200 does not have the lower mounting plate as on the MC110.100, so to change atv, car and pickup wheels you would place them in the motorcycle vise instead of on this lower plate. All types of wheels can be done on the MC110.200, but atv, car, and pickup wheels can be done easier using the lower plate of the MC110.100 deluxe model.



• Model MC110.200 deluxe motorcycle tire changer also has nylon wheel clamps for clamping the rims in the motorcycle vise. These wheel clamps prevent damage or scratching of the rim when it is clamped in place.



• Both models also have our uniquely designed mount demount bar that has replaceable nylon ends so there IS NO metal to metal contact between the tire changing tool and the rim



• The unit comes with 2 different center posts: 9/16 inch and 7/16 inch diameter to fit most wheels with a center hole through the rim (see below for wheels without a center hole)



• Both Wikco Motorcycle tire changers use our specially designed bead breaker, which gives you 8 to 1 leverage for breaking the toughest beads. Both models also include our specially designed narrow bead breaker shoe that has a replaceable nylon boot to eliminate any metal to metal contact and breaks the bead on motorcycle and atv wheels much better than many other bead breakers on other machines.



• The motorcycle vise clamps on both models are tall enough to allow you to clamp the wheel in the vise without having to remove the brake disk(s), belt drive pulley, or sprocket , and the heavy duty replaceable nylon clamp pads protect the rim against damage



• Both models come with our special motorcycle/atv bead breaker shoe with a protective nylon end, preventing any metal to metal contact between the bead breaker and rim. If needed, as an option, you can purchase our 109ATV-CH handle kit for this bead breaker which gives you additional bead breaking power when changing tires on atv wheels with the bead lock on the rim. The MC110.200 standard model only comes with this bead breaker shoe; the MC110.100 deluxe model also includes a wide bead breaker shoe you can use on larger car and pickup rims.

• Deluxe Model MC110.100 lets you change tires on motorcycle and mini-bike wheels with rim diameters of 8" up through 21". ATV tires can either be clamped into the motorcycle vise, or remove the motorcycle vise and do atv wheels on the lower mounting plate. The lower mounting plate is also used for automotive and pickup tires to make these as easy as possible to change. The lower plate can be used to change tires on wheels with rim diameters from 8 inches to 16.5 inches and up to 12 inches wide.



• If you need to change all types of wheels on all your vehicles and trailers, then you need to move up to the model MC110.100 Wikco Motorcycle/Automotive Tire Changer. The MC110.100 is the most versatile tire changer made, designed for people who need to change all the tires in their garage.



• The MC110.100 also comes with some extras that the model MC110.200 doesn't have such as the lower automotive mounting plate we already mentioned, and the tool holder and lubricant bottle



• Tool holder attachment (included on model MC110.100) holds mount/demount bar and other parts when not in use, and also has rubber lubricant bottle and applicator swab

• To change larger tires on the lower mounting plate, simply remove motorcycle rim clamp holder, and use the plate on the main stand of tire changer to change tires on other wheels including: ATV, garden tractor, golf cart, car, trailer, and pickup wheels (atv and car and pickup wheels can be done on the motorcycle vise on either model, but holding the larger tires on the lower plate is easier, especially if you also do these types of tires on a regular basis as well.
