The PowrLiner Series Airless Paint Stripers

The Newstripe PowrLiner Series Airless Paint Stripers have six models of paint stripers that use airless spray technology to handle applications such spraying fast dry paints. The PowrLiner Airless Paint Stripers can be used on both turf and hard surfaces, with the 800 and 1800 models especially suited to turf applications because of the units large wheels, pivoting front caster, and light weight (model 800 weighs just 65 lbs., and model 1800 just 155 lbs.). PowrLiner models 800 and 1800 must be used with water based and Latex paints only; the other models: 2800, 4900, 6900, and 8900 can also be used with oil based paints. The models 800, 1800, and 2800 take their paint from a standard 5 gallon bucket which fits in the frame on these models; the larger models 4900, 6900, 8900, and 9900 all have a built in plastic 12 gallon paint hopper.

• Model 800 Airless Paint Striper is perfect for spraying water based and Latex fast dry type paint (because of pump type, you cannot use oil based paints on this model (see the 2800, 4900, 6900, 8900 and 9900 models for oil based paints))



• Paint capacity is 5 gallons - the standard 5 gallon can that the paint comes in fits into a holder on the frame



• Powered by a 1.6 hp, OHV Robin engine



• Pump has a capacity of 0.33 gpm at 2500 psi with 50 ft. of anti-static spray hose, has in-line filter and suction tube screen to eliminate clogging



• Spray gun is LX-40 with SC-6 reversible striping tip, 2 to 6 inch line widths



• Wheels are pneumatic with 11.5 inch diameter front locking swivel caster and 15.5 inch diameter pneumatic in back



• Adjustable handles with cushioned grips for better control, single control lever operates both the engine rpm and the spray gun
