One Man Power Earth Augers

The Badger one man power earth auger is a lightweight but powerful commerical earth auger used to dig holes when putting up fences, signs, trail markers, deck supports and for soil testing, ice fishing, tree and shrub planting and digging holes for deep root fertilization. Take this lightweight tool anywhere you need to dig holes. The powerhead has a reliable and powerful Tecumseh 2 stroke engine, and is connected to a tough all gear drive transmission. The Badger (with all metal handles) and Badger Plus (with metal handles with a foam grip) are perfect for use by landscape contractors and fencing contractors for example.

• Badger earth augers are equipped with carbide tipped pilot points, and all augers are 36 inches long and have a positive bolted auger attachment collar, earth augers range in weight from 5 to 11 pounds
• Augers are full flight augers and have a rugged, heat treated side blade that is easy to replace
• Auger shaft extensions are available in 6 inch and 12 inch adjustable extensions, and a 12 inch shaft extension
• Also available are five different diameters of Badger ice drills - 5 inches, 7 inches, 8 inches, 9 inches, and 10 inches, all ice drills are 36 inches long

• Please Note: Earth Auger diameters may vary (from 1/4 to 1/2 inch). If you are using an auger to put in posts, you cannot expect the post to exactly fit in all cases, either because of variances in auger diameter or variances in hole size because of soil conditions and/or operator technique. A fence post inserted into a hole produced with an auger may also require tamping if you want a tight fit.
