Bushmaster Brush Chippers

The Bushmaster Pto Chipper/Mulcher Brush Chipper saves time and labor by reducing humus material to a valuable mulch. Two models are available: Model BM6-800 has a mechanically driven feed rollers (belt driven off the main shaft), and Model BM6-2HR has hydraulically driven feed rollers powered from the hydraulic system on your tractor. The drum type chipper uses two 7.5 inch long blades to give you a continuous chipping capacity of limbs up through 6 inches in diameter. The wide, low, hopper opening lets you easily feed in heavy limbs, and allows you to feed in bushes without alot of trimming. The Model BM6 series brush chippers are ideal for nurseries, contractors, small municipalities, and golf courses.

• Has 2 hydraulic feed rollers with adjustable speed with each feed roller powered by independent hydraulic motors, feed rollers are controlled by a large, easy to reach control lever mounted on the hopper. Standard bottom feed stop safety, reverses feed rollers in case of an emergency situation.



• Has large, easy to load chipper chute measuring 23.5 inches x 21.25 inches



• Electronically balanced, 7 1/2 inch wide x 23 inch diameter chipper drum turns at 1512 rpm



• Separate coaxial chipping fan



• Uses two 7.5 inch long x 3 3/8 inch wide chipper knives made from modified A8 tool steel




• Easy access to belts and chipper knives



• Includes driveline with overrunning clutch (1 3/8 inch ASAE category 4)




• Chips branches to a fine mulch
