Coats 7065 Series Automatic Rim Clamp Tire Changer

The Coats 7065AX and 7065EX Rim Clamp Tire Changers are designed to let you change tires on steel, alloy, performance, and run-flat type wheels. The 7065 series tire changers with complete robotics and exclusive "Rim Clamp" gives you Run-Flat tire changing, speed, power and reliability at a modest price.

The Robotic arm can be used to assist in top bead mounting of stiff sidewall, low profile, and run-flat tires. The robotic arm can also be used to hold tires in the up position to reduce effort in second bead removal. The robotic arm also holds the bead in drop center position to relieve the force required to lift the bead onto the duckhead, as well as pressing down on the sidewall to help you insert the lift tool, and pushing the wheel down on stiff sidewall tires to assist in wheel clamping.
