We offer Firewood Processors in various sizes from units perfect for individual use, to larger ones for commerical use. A Firewood Processor is a complete system that includes a saw, splitter, and conveyer so you can take the product (Firewood) from 20 ft. long log for example down to firewood pieces in various sizes (logs are cut to length you want, and then split it into either in 4, 6, or 8 pieces depending upon the wedge you use (4 and 6 piece wedge come standard, 8 piece wedge (blade has 6 parts) is an option). The smallest model the Eagle, is perfect for individual use or small stores. Both the Eagle series and the OH60 use a circular saw blade to cut the logs to length; the 1X37, 2X, and X47 all use an integrated chainsaw to cut the logs; in addition, the larger models split the wood with a hydraulic cylinder pushing the log through the wedge, where as the Eagle model has a circular pointed shaft that splits the log in half when the log is forced into the shaft (but also available without the splitting screw on our base model). Model OH60 is available in a tractor PTO model only; all other models are available as either tractor mounted models, PTO powered, or free standing models with engine powered hydraulics.

Features/Specifications - Model 1X37 Firewood Processors







• Standard 1X37 models have control of functions either by hand lever or manually. The feed conveyer on the standard models carries the log into the machine and operation is controlled by a hand lever. The cutting saw is controlled manually by pulling the handle down, blade height adjustment on standard models uses and easy to reach lever. The splitting speed is regulated automatically on all models, and on standard models the splitting is triggered by the operator stepping on the foot control.
• On the EASY MODELS, ALL FUNCTIONS OF THE MACHINE ARE OPERATED HYDRAULICALLY, log feed, cross-cutting, and height adjustment of the splitting blade
• Maximum log diameter that can be cut with the chainsaw cutter bar is 37 cm (14.8 inches) in diameter, cutting chain is automatically oiled by machine when in operation, machine has a seperate oil reservoir for the chain oil
• Ergonomically correct and safe working position, cutting with the right hand, and cutting and splitting take place in a fully guarded area
• The unit mounts on your tractor's three point hitch , and depending upon the model, is operated by either your tractor's 540 rpm pto, or by a diesel engine
• Machine is easy to set up and use, the 4 meter (approximately 12 ft. long conveyor) easily folds and unfolds for transport and operation, the unit is totally self-contained with the logs starting at the feed conveyor and then running through the saw to be cut to length, the logs then drop to the splitting bin and are split into either 4 or 6 pieces with the wedges included, or into 8 pieces with the optional 6 part blade. The pieces then travel up the loading conveyer for placing in a bin or on a pile. The unit is easily portable being mounted on your tractor's three point hitch.
• Output on the 1X37 wirewood processor is to 10 cubic meters per hour (1-2 cords per hour)
• The machine comes with the feed conveyer which feeds and holds 1 log at a time, and comes with the loading conveyer on the right side of the machine. The movie showing the operation of the machine shows the optional log table with hydraulic feeder in use. The optional log table with hydraulic feeder can be loaded with several logs, and as the log in the processor is cut up and split, another log drops onto the machine's feed conveyor from the log table, greatly increasing production.
• Another optional accessory available is the hydraulic log lift table which helps to support and level logs as the run along the feed conveyor

• Standard And Easy versions available - standard versions control functions such as feed conveyer and saw, and splitter by hand or foot controls, the Easy models control all functions of the machine hydraulically using joystick type controls including log feed, cross cutting, and adjustment of slitting blade
• The 2X's patented design features twin splitting chambers for maximum production, the wood is automatically guided into the vacant splitting chamber
• Ergonomically positioned hand controls are on the standard models (Easy models have all hydraulic joystick control)
• The cutting and splitting areas are fully guarded, when the guard for the splitting chambers is open, the cross cutting saw is locked
Emergency stop lever and splitter reverse also add to safety, the splitting chamber guard cannot be opened while splitting is in progress
