Single Miter Horizontal Band Saws Are Available In A Manual And Semi-Automatic Model. The Manual model BS-20M has a manual vise and does have adjustable hydraulic descent feed, but the saw head is lifted manually when the cut is finished. The Semi-Automatic Model BS-20SA has true hydraulic down feed and return, hydraulically actuated vise, and automatic shut-off. Both models have a quick release mitering head that swivels from 0 to 60 degrees and both include a built in roller feed table. Sorry, we cannot ship these items to California.

• Model BS-20M is a 13 inch x 18 inch single miter manual, horizontal band saw



• Blade is 13 ft. 6 inches long and 1 inch wide and .032 inches thick, the 1 inch saw blade makes it an extremely accurate and fast cutting saw. Replacement blades are easily available



• The saw has extremely heavy-duty cast iron guide arms and wheels



• Working height on the saw is 31 inches, and has a roller table used for supporting and guiding the materials before and after they are cut



• The heavy cast iron saw head provides rigidity and swivels 0-60 degrees



• Has manual vise control with quick release lever



• Direct gear drive helps extend saw blade life and allows the saw head to make more accurate cuts and to cut faster



• Hydraulic descent feed or pressure can be adjusted by the operator. This adjustment is important when you are cutting different types and sizes of material



• The powerful coolant pump cools the blade and assists in chip removal, recommended coolant is petroleum or synthetic based coolant mixed 1:10 (coolant to water), has a 6 gallon coolant tank



• A broken blade tension device shuts down the machine if the blade breaks



• A great machine for cutting solids - round, square, or rectangles, and tubing, angle iron and much more in angles up to 60 degrees. This saw is perfect for the small to medium fabricator or job shop that needs to cut mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, chromoly, brass, bronze, and even plastics. Fitted with the proper blade, this machine will provide years of service at a high level of production.

• Quick releases allow the operator to change the miter angle in seconds



• Saw has 4 operating speeds, 90, 140, 220, and 330 feet per minute
