International Orders

1. If you are an individual, or company without an agent or affiliate in the United States, then payment would be by wire transfer.

2. If you have an office or affiliate in the United States, then payment can be by check drawn on a U.S. bank.

3. All prices shown on our web site and quoted to you will be in U.S. dollars unless indicated otherwise.

A. You can handle the overseas portion of the shipping using your own broker. We would ship your order to your broker's or your warehouse in the United States, where you would take care of shipping it overseas to your location.

B. We can broker the shipment for you and the shipment will be shipped to the overseas port closest to you. You will pay us for all shipping; on orders other than to Canada, you will pay any custom's duties at your port of entry.

C. Brokerage Of Truck Shipments to Canada, we can broker the shipment and collect the brokerage fee and collect the 6% HST Tax which is required, (but there should be no duties under NAFTA for Canadian shipments). The HST Tax is national, you may also have provincal taxes which we would collect. If you do not know your provincial tax, click on the link at the end of this paragraph for an explanation. We charge a brokerage fee of $145.00 per shipment for truck shipments. The amount you pay us would cover all fees so the shipment is free and clear to your final delivery location.

D. Brokerage of UPS shipments to Canada You will need to pay brokerage fees and HST Tax (6 percent of merchandise value), when you receive the merchandise. The fees will be collected by the broker you choose. Canadian law requires you to specify the broker on these types of shipments. UPS will contact you and ask you what broker you want to use. If you have one that you have used and that will bill you for the charges, this may be the way to go. If you haven't ever used a broker, then just tell UPS you want them to broker the shipment. They will collect any extra fees. You will have paid us (Wikco.Com) for the merchandise and shipping only.

5. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges vary according to destination, mode of transport, and required delivery date. The most economical way is Ocean Freight.

A. For an estimation of shipping charges for international shipments using ocean freight with the final destination being your closest port, use the following formula:

B. Total weight of shipment x average cost per pound (currently use $1.50 per pound) = approximate shipping charge for items up to approximately 2000 lbs.. This amount will give you a rough estimate of potential shipping charges so you can determine if you want to ship this item.

C. For shipments to Canada by UPS Package Service or Motor Freight, or for Air Freight on international shipments, e-mail us for an estimate.
