5 Station Industrial Ironworkers

The 5 Station Industrial Hydraulic Ironworkers are available in three sizes: 50, 62, and 84 ton capacities. All three models have 5 fully integrated work stations including: punching; flat shearing; angle shearing; bar shearing and notching. WE CANNOT SHIP THESE ITEMS TO CALIFORNIA.

  

These ironworkers are designed and manufactured to the highest standards ensuring many years of productivity, All models utilize true vertical movement that has eliminated any sort of pivot and mechanism, allowing for the smoothest punching station available. The extremely heavy duty all welded integrated steel frame and vertical motion allow the operator to punch at full capacity with no jarring or vibration, allowing for reduced tooling costs and longer machine life. The shearing station has the ability to cleanly cut through metal with absolutely no left over waste. The notching station allows for quick notches of plate, angle, or u-channel in seconds.

• Oversize, 2 piece quick release punching table with adjustable stops and SAE and Metric scale standard



• Oversize notching table with adjustable stops standard



• Manual back gauge for precise operation at all stations standard, CE approved cover with inter-lock system for maximum safety standard, machine is surprisingly quiet, smooth and precise operation due to heavily welded framework for zero frame flex



• Remote, 3 position foot switch for accurate control is standard



• Has adjustable stroke control standard



• Long life blades on shearing and notching stations standard



• 7 sets of round punches and dies included



• T-slot punching base enables wide range of tooling options and easy adjustment



• Two piece self-centering quick release punch retaining system with spanner wrench



• Easy adjust, swing away material stripper is standard



• World class brand name components for years of hassle free production



• Jog mode on control box enables accurate tooling alignment in minimal time



• Shear table with scribed angle markings and material guides are standard along with adapters to fit Cleveland Tool punch and die sets



• Has punch capacity up to 1 1/2 inches round



• Shear angle iron, flat bar, round and square stock



• Notch retangular material



• Hole punch is standard also



• SW-50 has a 6 inch deep throat and can punch up to 1 9/16 inch OD x 3/8 inch thick mild steel material, stable oversized work tables with locking material guides are coupled with a very visible metered scale allowing for fast setup and aid the operator during multiple production runs.



• The shearing station has the ability to cleanly cut through material with absolutely no left over waste (no kerf or slug like other popular brands). A solid material clamp can be adjusted quickly via a knurled handle.



• The notching station allows for quick notches of plate, angle, or u-channel in seconds. Proper guarding lifts out of the way when in production and drops down safely when not in use. Notching station has an oversized metered working table that helps keep material from lifting. Locking product stops are standard and offer quick set-up and additional accuracy when working on multiple production runs of the same part.
