5 Station Industrial Ironworkers

The 5 Station Industrial Hydraulic Ironworkers are available in three sizes: 50, 62, and 84 ton capacities. All three models have 5 fully integrated work stations including: punching; flat shearing; angle shearing; bar shearing and notching.

  

These ironworkers are designed and manufactured to the highest standards ensuring many years of productivity, All models utilize true vertical movement that has eliminated any sort of pivot and mechanism, allowing for the smoothest punching station available. The extremely heavy duty all welded integrated steel frame and vertical motion allow the operator to punch at full capacity with no jarring or vibration, allowing for reduced tooling costs and longer machine life. The shearing station has the ability to cleanly cut through metal with absolutely no left over waste. The notching station allows for quick notches of plate, angle, or u-channel in seconds.

• SW-50 has a 6 inch deep throat and can punch up to 1 9/16 inch OD x 3/8 inch thick mild steel material, stable oversized work tables with locking material guides are coupled with a very visible metered scale allowing for fast setup and aid the operator during multiple production runs.


• The shearing station has the ability to cleanly cut through material with absolutely no left over waste (no kerf or slug like other popular brands). A solid material clamp can be adjusted quickly via a knurled handle.


• The notching station allows for quick notches of plate, angle, or u-channel in seconds. Proper guarding lifts out of the way when in production and drops down safely when not in use. Notching station has an oversized metered working table that helps keep material from lifting. Locking product stops are standard and offer quick set-up and additional accuracy when working on multiple production runs of the same part.
