The Wikco Motorcycle Tire Changers

The Wikco Motorcycle Tire Changers are manual tire changers designed especially for changing tires on motorcycle wheels. Two models are now available: the new model MC110.200 and our deluxe model MC110.100. The MC110.200 is primarily designed to change tires on motorcycle wheels, and has many of the best features of our MC110.100 but at a lower cost. The MC110.100 is our deluxe model, and is the most versatile manual tire changer on the market. Model MC110.100 is the easiest way to change tires on motorcycle, atv, car, pickup, and power equipment wheels. The Wikco Tire Changer is the original multi-use manual tire changer designed by us and in production since 1980. The original Wikco Tire Changer is, and always has, been Made In The USA.

Both models now use our deluxe motorcycle clamps for maximum wheel protection when clamping the rim. Also included with both models is our custom wheel bar with nylon ends to protect the rim, as well as our nylon protected motorcycle bead breaker shoe to protect the rim from scratches when breaking the bead; protection is also provided for the underneath side of the rim with our protective rubber sheet that covers the bead breaker base.

• New model MC110.200 motorcycle tire changer has many of the great features of our deluxe model, but is primarily designed to change motorcycle and atv tires the best. Works best for mini-bike and motorcycle wheels (all types, motorcross, cruisers, etc.), with rim diameters from 8 inches up through 21 inches



• The MC110.200 doesnot have the lower mounting plate as on the MC110.100, so to change car and pickup wheels you would place them in the motorcycle vise instead of on this lower plate. We have done automotive wheels on the motorcycle vise, but it is not as easy, so if you will be doing automotive and pickup wheels on a regular basis, you need to move up to our MC110.100 with the deluxe mounting stand and lower tire plate. If you need a high quality manual tire changer at a lower price that you want to use mostly on motorcycle wheels, then the MC110.200 is what you need.



• MC110.200 motorcycle tire changer also has the deluxe wheel clamps for clamping the wheels. These clamps are made from the same material that is used on the more expensive automatic models and give you maximum protection when clamping your rims.



• Both models also have our uniquely designed mount demount bar that has replaceable nylon ends so there IS NO metal to metal contact between the tire changing tool and the rim



• Comes with 2 different center posts: 9/16 inch and 7/16 inch diameter to fit most wheels with a center hole through the rim (see below for wheels without a center hole)



• Both Wikco Motorcycle tire changers use our bead breaker which gives you 8 to 1 leverage for breaking the toughest beads. Both models also include our specially designed narrow bead breaker shoe that has a replaceable nylon boot to eliminate any metal to metal contact.



• The motorcycle vise clamps on both models are tall enough that brake disk(s), belt drive pulley, or sprocket can be left bolted to the rim when changing the tire, and the new heavy duty replaceable nylon clamp pads protect the rim against damage



• Model MC110.200 is designed primarily for motorcycle wheels and comes only with our narrow motorcycle/atv bead breaker shoe with a replaceable nylon boot so there is no metal to metal contact when breaking the bead. The Model MC110.100 machine also includes this bead breaker and also includes our wider steel bead breaker shoe for larger automotive wheels. If you are breaking ATV wheels, then you can also purchase the optional model 109ATV-CH handle kit which is a handle that attaches to the motorcycle bead breaker and allows you to continually pull the bead breaker shoe tight against the rim so when you break and ATV tire and the sidewall collapses, the bead breaker will stay on the bead and break it and not slide down the tire.

• Deluxe Model MC110.100 lets you change tires on mini-bike and motorcycle wheels with rim diameters of 8" up through 21". ATV tires can either be clamped into the motorcycle vise, or remove the motorcycle vise and do atv wheels on the lower mounting plate. The lower mounting plate is also used for automotive and pickup tires to make these as easy as possible to change. You can also change atv tires on this plate, golf cart tires and car, pickup, and many other tires on wheels with rim diameters from 8 inches to 16.5 inches and up to 12 inches wide.



• If you need to change all types of wheels on all your vehicles and trailers, then you need to move up to the model MC110.100 Wikco Motorcycle/Automotive Tire Changer. The MC110.100 is the most versatile tire changer made, designed for people who need to change all the tires in their garage.



• The MC110.100 also comes with some extras that the model MC110.200 doesn't have such as the lower automotive mounting plate we already mentioned, and the tool holder and lubricant bottle
