Model 900 Abrasive Tube And Pipe Notcher/Coper uses abrasive belts that can be sourced locally, which reduces operation cost. The machine comes standard with one spindle and two belts. The tubing is held in place in a fully adjustable vice which angles 60 degrees left or right, and a lever feed mechanism pushes tubing against the spindle covered with the abrasive belt, allowing you to notch tubing as large as 3 inches OD. Create perfect weld joints in chromolly, mild steel and stainless steel. The unit also has a grinding station; simply lift the grinding guard and flip the belt reversing switch, and you have a professional grinder.

• Lever feed mechanism offers effortless tube notching and has a positive stop for repetitive notches
• Abrasive belt can be changed quickly due to the unique belt tensioning system, and quick removal of side guard. Automatic belt tension system reduces tracking issues, and adjusts to accomodate for any belt stretching; proper tensioning extends belt life. The model 900 accepts both 4 inch and 6 inch wide belts.
• Notches up to 3 inch OD tubing
• The grinding station is located opposite the notching station, and by simply lifting the grinding guard and flipping a belt reverse switch, the model 900 becomes a professional grinder.
• The vise is fully adjustable up to 60 degrees in either direction with one lock screw allowing for fast changes to the notch angle. The vise can be adjusted off center to utilize the entire width of the belt. The vise has an offset adjustment for offset notches
