We have three different manual models available that will allow you to manually notch the flowing sizes of tubing and pipe: 1/4 inch, 3/8 inch, 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch, 1 inch, 1 1/4 inch, 1 1/2 inch, and 2 inch diameters. These units are manually operated and need to be bolted to the floor or your work bench. We also have several models of powered hole notchers available. Model TN-300 is a 110 volt electric model that uses a hole saw cutter for notching tubing and pipe 3 inches in diameter or less; model TN-200E is a bench mounted electric powered model that allows you to notch 8 different sizes of pipe and tubing, and Model TN-200H mounts on either your drill press or bench top and uses a hole saw to notch the tubing. Model TN-250 Tubing Notcher
The TN-250 is a vise mounted drill powered coping type pipe and tubing notcher, and is perfect for use in fabrication of chasis, roll cages and many other projects
Unique design of self-centering capture vise allows the ability to clamp onto bent tubes in any direction, this is the only hole saw tubing notcher that is always centered left to right and up and down
Constructed of heavy steel plate to reduce vibration, and uses an 1 1/4 inch Thompson shaft that rides in a sealed needle bearing for longevity of the machine and hole saw
The notcher vise has a powerful screw with a built in hand wheel that opens and closes the unique six radial clamping jaws; this totally unique design easily allows secure clamping and notching on a bend or straight tubing
The TN-250 hole saw pipe notcher can notch up to 2 1/2 inch OD and allows for steep angles as the hole saw can pivot up to 230 degrees, making it the most versatile notching machine on the market
