Newrider Self-Propelled Paint Stripers

The Newstripe NewRider model Self-Propelled Paint Stripers are just what you need for your larger striping jobs at multi-field sports complexes. The model 1000 and 3000 self-propelled riding paint stripers are designed for turf marking on athletic fields using waterbased turf marking paints. Model 1000 has a 30 gallon tank, and model 3000 has a 55 gallon tank.

  

The larger model 3000 allows you to stripe 4 football fields with one filling. The operator sits in the front of the machine and both models have a front center mounted spray head (also a side mount head on model 3000), making it easier to follow the old lines or postion markings. If you have a large sports complex to mark, you need to consider either the model 1000 or 3000 NewRider Paint Striper.

• Has large 55 gallon paint tank giving you the capacity to mark multi-field complexes without refilling, stripe 4 football fields with one filling, ( 22,000 feet of 4 inch wide line)



• Newrider paint striper is fast line up to 25,000 feet per hour



• Unit is safe, has features such as empty-seat kill switch, parking brake and neutral kill switch, and has the added safety of NO PRESSURIZED TANK



• Newrider is easy to clean - at end of day simply drain and flush out the tank using convenient garden hose connectors, uses extra-large in-line filter



• Bi-directional spray head saves time and money, dual spray head paints the front and back of the grass blades at the same time. NewRider 3000 field marking machine gives you a perfectly painted field in half the time. Shut one nozzle off for lining practice fields and save money. Line width is adjustable from 2 inches to 6 inches



• Hand gun and wand is standard, making it easy to mark stencils and other special marking



• All controls are within easy reach of the operator



• Easy to see center front mounted spray head is standard; side mounted bi-directional spray head is optional, both adjust from 2 inches to 6 inches in line width



• The unit quickly cleans up, uses garden hose connection so you can easily flush system



• Continuous paint agitation and large in-line filter means less down time, you will never have to stop and stir the paint



• Model 3000 is powered by a 13 hp Honda engine with electric start and oil alert feature



• The easy to operate unit has a hydrostatic (automatic) transaxle with large turf tires for traction and flotation



• Easy to use speed control with foot pedal or hand lever in both forward and reverse



• Model 3000 has optional protective sun shade available for greater operator comfort, also includes a water bottle holder



• Model 3000 can line up to four football fields per filling. Has large 55 gallon tank that can paint up to 22,000 feet of 4 inch wide line, with a production capacity of up to 25,000 feet per hour, fewer refills mean less downtown.



• The 55 gallon polyethylene tank is easy to drain, has continous paint agitation for the most consistant lines possible, and has a large 5 inch diameter opening for easy paint filling



• The dual inline filters with 14.4 square inches of filter material keeps the paint flowing without clogging (filter area is 400 times more than on other field stripers)



• Twin electric pumps and a purge system, mean no downtime and a quick cleanup
