*The Security Code is the 3 digit number on the back of the credit card by the signature line on Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Card, and the 4 digit number on the front of American Express.

OTHER PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment can be made by check, money order, or wire transfers. If you are paying by check or money order, then print out a copy of this order form and send it with payment to:

Payment can also be made by wire transfer on orders of $500.00 or more. To request our bank information to pay by wire, type your request in the special instructions box above, print out the order form, and fax it to us at 520-316-0446.


Payments by check, money order, or wire transfer are considered cash and you can take the cash discount listed above. Cash discount cannot be taken on credit card payments.

Upon our receipt of your order form, your order will be processed and you will be e-mailed a copy of your receipt usually within 24 hours.
