Please note the following restrictions for payment by credit card

1. Credit cards accepted on U.S. orders only.

2. **Do not use a credit card with a P.O. Box for the billing address or the transaction will be refunded less a 10 percent transaction fee. See the bottom of the page for instructions.

3. Make sure you use the correct credit card billing address on our payment form: the transaction must address verify.

4. Orders will be shipped to the billing address on your credit card only, regardless of what shipping address you put on the order form.

Please Note: THERE IS A $5000.00 TRANSACTION LIMIT FOR CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS, with the balance to be paid by check or money order.

INSTRUCTIONS IF YOUR CREDIT CARD HAS A P.O. BOX FOR THE BILLING ADDRESS

If the billing address on your credit card is a P.O. Box, then you should either:

1. Use another credit card with the billing address that is the same physical address as the shipping address on the order

2. Payment can also be made by check. There is a 5 percent cash discount for payments made by check.

2. You can also contact your credit card issuer and have them put your physical shipping address on your account as an authorized address. You can then process the payment on our payment form using this authorized physical shipping address which should then address verify in our system. A correct physical billing address needs to be used on the payment form, and the transaction must address verify using this physical address.
