The Plugr Commerical Walk Behind Core Plug Aerators are reliable, and easy to use and maintain. The Plugr's lightweight and simple design features a single v-belt drive from the engine to it's unique cam-driven plug system that drives the plugs straight down into the ground. The Plugr's design lets you aerate with a lightweight, easy to maneuver machine that doesn't need the inconvenience of added weights or watertanks to aerate effectively....and the Plugr weighs as much as 200 lbs. less than many other commercial aerators.

- This Plugr model is perfect for renting and for homeowner use. It still gives you a 22 inche aeration width, but is more compact and folds down so it will fit in the trunk of large cars or in the back of most suv's.

- Plugr Model PL600 is a commerical 30 inch model gives you 30 inch wide aeration width on every pass, with a core spacing pattern of 3.63 x 6 inches. The larger aeration width gives you up to 27,500 square feet per hour coverage.

- PL1600 Tow Pro 45 High Capacity Tow Behind Model
- The Plugr Tow Pro uses the same proven, high production reciprocating tine mechanism, now in a tow behind model for even greater productivity. The Tow Pro model has a 45 inch aerator swath giving you an aeration production rate of up to 84,000 square feet per hour, at an operating speed of 4 mph.
- The Plugr Tow Pro can still maneuver in tight spots with a pivoting tongue that offsets 45 degrees in either direction with a quick pull of the lock pin
- The Plugr Tow Pro allows you to mow and aerate in a single pass, and is the perfect choice when aerating larger open areas such as athletic fields or heavily landscaped large commerical or residential properties. The Tow Pro can be pulled either centered, or offset to the left or right depending upon your application.
- All functions are controlled using the operator friendly control box that can be mounted up on the tow vehicle, power for the control panel is via a 12 volt battery (included).

Six models are now available, the PL400 model, the PL410B, the PL600 "Commercial" model, the PL800 Plugr Pro model, model PL850, which are all walk behind models, and the PL1600 Plugr which is a tow behind model. The Plugr aerator can be used for a variety of applications now using the variety of optional tines available including: the standard 5/8 inch diameter hollow tines, 3/8 inch diameter solid tines, 7/8 inch diameter solid tines, 3/8 inch diameter hollow tines, 5/8 inch diameter solid tines, and the 1 1/2 diameter hollow Zoysia transfer tines. All five series of Plugr walk behind models are available with either a reliable Briggs And Stratton or Honda Engine; the PL1600 Plugr uses a heavy duty Kohler engine. The standard type Plugr walk-behind models (PL400, 410, 600, and 800) use the motion of the reciprocating tines to pull the machines forward as the tines penetrate the ground. The PL850 Plugr aerator uses a separate hydrostatic drive to actually power the wheels to drive it forward with the chief advantage of this to make the Plugr able to power up a loading ramp and to give you the option of powered reverse when aerating. Model PL1600 Plugr Aerator is the tow behind model and is towed behind your atv or garden tractor. The Plugr is available in the size, engine option, version or tine set for any job you need making it one of the most versatile powered aerators available.
