The Model 800 Electric Tube And Pipe Notcher feeds your material through and eccentric path into the cutter, creating a precision weld joint in one pass. You can make a weld joint (notch) in tubing, pipe, or solids in sizes from 1 to 3 inches OD. The model 800 notcher will give you a precision joint every time, and can be used to plunge or cut holes through a tubing wall that require precision weld joints to connect passageways for air or fluids, eliminating the need for tees or elbows. This machine is a production type machine designed for volume applications at construction sites or manufacturing plants.

• Has large single direction handwheel that allows user to feed the cutter through an eccentric path creating a precision weld joint with one quick pass, saving time and money



• Operator adjusted eccentric path requires only one new resharpened cutter to create perfect wild joints on tubing, pipe, or solids from 1 inch to 3 inches OD. Notching under 1 inch is achieved by the optional .50 inch cutter and adapter bushing



• Cross slide table, angle vise, and V-jaws can be individually calibrated for precise positioning of straight, angled, or off center notches



• Change-overs from one diameter to another can be accomplished quickly, saving time and money



• The model 800 can be used to plunge or cut holes through tubing wall, or used for applications that require perfect weld joints to connect passageways for air or fluids, eliminating the need for tees or elbows



• The high notching speed and tool savings from using the model 800 notcher produces maximum profit and efficiency, essential, for large projects or for manufacturing.



• The machine's patented design uses a 1 inch roughing cutter long life end mill easily cuts through many types of metal, a cross slide table, offset "V" vise jaw with calibrated swivel allows for offsets and angles up to 60 degrees, rugged cart for easy mobility, and lexan safety guard for operator protection, unit is wired for 110 V, 15 amp, single phase at 60 C, so it can be plugged in at any standard outlet.
