Model RC-150 Automatic Motorcycle Tire Changer

Three different models of Coats Premium Automatic Motorcycle Tire Changer are now available with the introduction of the new RC-150. The lowest cost premium model is the RC-100 which is designed with the features that have made it the choice of motorcycle shops for years. The top model RC-200 introduced in 2006 has all the best features to accomodate even the widest motorcycle wheels such as found on custom choppers, as well as atv and automotive wheels. The model RC-150 incorporates some of those features as well as some new ones and gives you the choice of a premium model at less cost than the model RC-200.

• The Model RC-150 is designed for today's motorcycle and atv dealer



• The custom engineered, 3-position motorcycle rim clamps provide extra clearance for sprockets and your choice of three optimized positions



• The RC-150 can clamp rims up to 23 inches in diameter and they work just as well for smaller ATV rims down to 6 inches, so you can change tires on virtually any wheel you come across



• The RC-150 has a superior bead loosening system that is optimized for motorcycle wheels by using a contoured pad and back-up system



• Two positions on the bead loosening system of the RC-150 for wide chopper tires or very narrow tires to minimize the risk of wheel damage during service



• The RC-150 has complete protection for delicate wheels and the RC-150 provides protection for wheels at every step of the process. Bead loosener socks, clamp booties, and lift tool protection help prevent metal to metal contact that causes scratching or marring; in addition, the tabletop of the RC-150 motorcycle tire changer is specially designed to operate at slower speeds than automotive tire changers to prevent wheel appearance damage

• Also available is the RC-200 model which is the next step up as it has Robo-Arm Feature (see the RC-200 in our index). The Robo-Arm is an arm that constantly provides downward pressure on top bead providing extra power for flexing stiff sidewalls, and manual drop center aid also reduces effort needed to mount tough tires. The Robo-Arm is standard on the RC200, and available as an option on the RC-150 (see below).
