RC-200EX Deluxe Motorcycle Tire Changer

The coats Model RC-200EX Motorcycle Tire Changer is the new deluxe version of the RC-100. The RC-200 motorcycle tire changer is designed for changing tires on motorcycle wheels, but is based on the Coat's Model 7065 platform which gives you more features, and one of the most advanced motorcycle tire changers made. The RC-200 can handle the new larger, wider custom wheels found on many custom bikes and choppers; handles 6 inch to 23 inch rim diameter, and a rim width of 12.5 inches with the standard clamps, and 16 inches wide with the optional clamps. The wider, stiffer wheels can be harder to inflate than standard motorcycle wheels, so the RC-200EX motorcycle tire changer has inflation jets now built into the wheel clamps. Because the RC-200EX can also handle a surprising range of automotive tires and wheels if needed. The RC-200EX is based on the automotive 7065 platform so you get more power and torque allowing you to change these wide tires with stiff sidewalls. You also get the Robo-Arm feature and manual drop center tool to reduce tire changing time and reduce operator fatigue.

• Unit is 110 volt 30 amp single phase - air operates the turntable to rotate the tire
• Air requirements: 110 to 175 psi on a 2hp compressor, 5 scfm (standard cubic feet per minute) at 150 psi - the air runs the bead breaker shovel, the inflation function at the air jets, and the inflation hose, and the rim clamps of the tire changer
• The minimum rim diameter you can clamp is 6 inches (ATV tires for example), and the maximum is 23 inches in diameter
• The maximum tire diameter the RC-200 can accomodate is 50 inches
• Maximum wheel width you can have with the standard clamps is 12.5 inches, with the optional clamps listed below you can clamp up to 16 inch wide rims
• Shipping weight is 450 lbs.

• Other features include: Custom engineered, three position motorcycle clamps for more protection and better grip; The Robo-Arm equipped bead loosening system gives you a powered arm to press down on the sidewalls and keep them in the drop of the rim and helps you to flex stiff sidewalls so the tire can be mounted; the RC-200 also has a new clamp pressure control system that shows you the amount of pressure being applied to the wheel by the clamps, and lets you adjust the pressure up or down
