Model RC-50M Motorcycle Tire Changer

The Model RC-50M Coats Manual Motorcycle Tire Changer is designed like and gives you the features of a powered rim clamp machine at a fraction of the price. The design is similar but all functions are manual. The bead breaker accessory is manual, and the clamping an rotating functions are manual. No air or electric source is required. The table rotates on tapered bearings and locks into position. The clamps are adjustable from 5 inches to 23 inches. The is plastic protection on the tire mounting head and the wheel clamps to prevent scratching of rims.

  • Manual motorcycle tire changer with similar design features to Coats' automatic rim clamp tire changers and gives you the features of a powered machine at a fraction of the price

  • No air or electricity is required, you manually rotate the mounting table with the long table top rotating handle that gives you plenty of leverage, the table rotates on tapered bearings and locks into position

  • Clamps are adjustable to accomodate rims from 5 inches to 23 inches in diameter

  • The mount demount head has a plastic protector for the duckhead, and the rim clamps are the same style nylon jaws as used on the automatic models

  • Just like the automatic models, the mount/demount head doesnot touch the rim, it is positioned 1/8 inch above and out from the edge of the rim, just like on the automatic models, you use the bead lifting tool to lift the tire head up onto the mount/demount head

  • The tire is positioned on the front of the mount/demount head to demount the tire off of the rim, and the tire is positioned on the back of the mount/demount head to mount the tire back on the rim.

  • Rim vise jaws have nylon protectors just like the automatics to prevent rim damage, jaws tighten against the rims using the crank handle conveniently positioned under the turn table

  • Manual bead breaker (included) mounts on the side of the tire changer and accomodates motorcycle and atv wheels
