Model S1100 Double Auger PTO Drive Rear Mount Snowblower

The Schulte S1100 Double Auger PTO Drive Rear Mount Snowblower is a heavy duty snow blower 110 inches wide and designed to mount on rear category 2 and 3 standard three point hitches and category 2 and 3 quick hitches on farm and industrial tractors between 140 - 200 engine horsepower. This blower has two augers to break up and move the maximum amount of hard packed snow and ice. The unit has a 110 inch cutting width and a 45 1/2 inch cutting height for removing lots of snow fast.

Chute rotation is controlled hydraulically, and the up and down movement of the deflector at the top of the chute is controlled manually with the option of hydraulic control (keep in mind you will plug in two hoses to control chute rotation, and need to be able to plug in two more if you get the optional hydraulic deflector control option).

• Model S1100 has 110 inch cutting width and 45 1/2 cutting height, designed for mounting on farm and industrial tractors, and mounts on standard category 2 and 3 three point hitches and quick hitches


• Has a 38 inch diameter, four paddle fan that has an unique open centre and cupped blade design that concentrates the snow to the center of the fan for more efficient snow blowing


• The 23 inch bottom auger ensures that the fan is fed correctly and enables the blower to break into hard packed snow easier


• Exclusive designed gear box keeps the drive line at a minimal angle to the tractor shaft, thus reducing wear on U-joints and the gear box, adjustable stake arms on the blower make adjusting for power shaft lengths a very simple job, the gear box uses tapered and splined shaft and hub design, resulting in a stronger more problem free unit


• The auger struts are formed at 90 degree angles for added strength and better feeding of the fan


• This blower is designed for ag and industrial tractors from 140-200 hp in size


• Twin auger design, bottom auger is 23 inches in diameter, top auger is 14 inches in diameter


• Auger is driven by a number 80 chain


• Fan is a 4 paddle type, 38 inches in diameter, has splined and tapered fan hub and shaft


• Total blower weight is 2300 lbs.


• Runs off of 1000 rpm pto shafts with either 20 or 21 spline yokes (specify the number when you order)


• Chute deflector is adjustable manually (standard unit, hydraulic up and down of deflector is optional)


• Chute rotation is hydraulically controlled


• Reversible and Replaceable cutting edge blade
