Twin Stage, Rear Three Point Hitch Mount, PTO Powered Snow Blowers

The Schulte 8400 Series Three Point Hitch Mount Snow Blower is a rugged, heavy duty snow blower designed for medium sized 40 to 55 hp farm and utility tractors. The Schulte snow blowers mount on your rear three point hitch, and is powered by the tractor's 540 rpm pto. The 8400 model is 84 inches wide and uses the same efficient two-stage design as the other Schulte models. The rear mount design lets you maneuver into tight places even with the larger widths, and lets you quickly clear driveways, in front of buildings, and other areas. The highly efficient 26 inch diameter, 3 paddle fan with open center and cupped blades, tends to concentrate the snow discharge resulting in improved throwing distance. A heavily reinforced auger feeds snow to the fan and ensures that chunks of ice and hard packed snow are broken up before being discharged. The standard series described above is a high quality model good for most applications and because of design and weight is the blower head used on the Schulte skid steer models and hydraulic powered loader models. If you need the heaviest model built for three point hitch mounting, then look at the SDX84 model. It is built with even heavier internal parts and frame, and is designed for larger farm tractors from 55 to 95 hp.
