We have Manual And Powered Slip Roll And Plate Roll Machines. Units are designed for light duty work with sheet metal, up through powered models capable of rolling mild steel 5 ft. wide up to 10 gauge thick. Top roll diameter is listed on the models, minimum rolling diameter is approximately 1.5 times the roll diameter, due to spring back of the material.

Please note: All gauge/thickness capacities shown below are for mild steel. If you want to bend stainless you will need a machine that can handle material 4 gauges thicker; for example if you need to bend 10 gauge stainless, the machine we would have would be a PR-409 that will roll 0.250 (1/4 inch) mild steel.

This machine will roll arches, cylinders, and cones out of sheet metal. This machine has 3 wire grooves that allow for rolling of wire or rod. To roll sheetmetal, simply place the unbent piece into the bender and bring the back roll up to the desired position, then start your bend. The Powered Slip/Plate Rolls are available in several models: SR-5016 which has a 50 inch forming width and has a capacity of 16 gauge material; PR-514 which has a 5 ft. forming width and a 14 gauge capacity; and model PR-510 which has a 5 ft. forming width and 10 gauge capacity. These are high quality machines made in Europe and designed for industrial factory use.

The powerful model PR-409 plate roll has a maximum 4 inch forming width, which can roll up to 9 gauge sheet mild steel. Model PR-413 rolls sheet metal up to 4 ft. wide and as thick as 13 gauge mild steel, or 17 gauge if stainless steel. This is a single pinch, 3 roll machine that has a rigid cast iron frame coupled to induction hardened rolls. The unit comes standard with an operator control panel that has foot pedal controls for forward and reverse as well as digital display that shows the positioning of the back roll. The back roll is motorized and controlled by up and down buttons on the operator control panel. Model PR-413 has a trip wire E-stop around the rolling area. There is also an Emergency Stop Button on the control panel for additional safety.
