Model 220 And 280 Skid Steer And Backhoe Mount Stump Grinders

Model 220 and 280 Skid Steer Mount Stump Grinders are heavy duty models that have been designed with many features to make this machine efficient and easy to use. The model 220 and 280 models are easy to hook up; they attach easily using a standard quick attach mounting on the skid steer models and backhoe models. These units only require you to connect two hydraulic hoses and the units are installed.

There are no electrical connections and no hydraulic cylinders; operation of the grinder is accomplished easily by using the controls from the seat of your skidsteer. The model 280 grinder can consume a 12 inch stump in minutes so it is fast, and it is efficient as you can grind stumps within 6 inches of buildings or fences and anywhere your skid steer can reach. Three versions of the model 280 are available: Model 280SS-18 is for mounting on skid steer loaders with auxiliary hydraulic flows from 18-25 gpm. Model 280SS-25 is for mounting on skid steer loaders with Hi-Flow hydraulic systems producing 25 to 45 gpm auxiliary hydraulic flow. Model 280EX-18 is designed to mount on backhoes with 18-25 gpm auxiliary hydraulic flow. Similar to the model 280 is the model 220 which is designed for mounting on skid steer loaders and backhoes with less auxiliary hydraulic flow. Model 220MB-10 is for mini-skid steer loaders or backhoes with 10-15 gpm auxiliary hydraulic drive. Model 220SS-10 is for skid steer loaders with 10-15 gpm auxiliary hydraulic drive, and model 220SSHF-14 is for skid steer loaders with 14-19 gpm auxiliary hydraulic flow available.

• Quickly mounts to your skid steer loader using quick attach mounts, when mounted, connect two hydraulic hoses, and you are ready to grind, there are no electrical connections, and no hydraulic cylinders

• You need 18 to 25 gpm capacity at up to 3000 psi maximum, on the skid steer's auxiliary hydraulics to operate the standard model 280. For skid steer loaders and backhoes with less auxiliary gpm see the other models of 280 or the 220 models. We also have a high-flow version available for skid steer loaders with auxiliary hydraulic capacity of 28 to 40 gpm at up to 3000 psi maximum

• Built-in cutting regulator prevents overloading of the carbide tipped cutting wheel, ensuring that grinding never stops
