Tru-Cut Power Walk Behind Reel Mowers

The Tru-Cut Power Walk Behind Power Reel Mowers are high quality mechanical drive reel mowers using an automotive style clutch system to engage both the reels and the self-propell drive system. Models are available for both residential and commerical use and available in widths of 20, 25, and 27 inches wide. These front throw reel mowers are all self-propelled, and come complete with grass catcher. We have models available in 7 blade and 5 blade (the 27 inch commerical) model. The Tru-Cut mowers incorporate many quality features including: either single or double swivel casters, engines available in Briggs And Stratton, and Honda. All models have high strength steel reels and bedknives for long life and reduced maintenance. Warranty is 1 year against defects in materials and workmanship for mower (engines warrantied for 1 year by engine manufacturer). Cutting height on all Tru-Cut reel mowers is 3/8 inch minimum to 1 5/8 inch maximum in the low cutting position on the side plates, and 1 inch minimum to 2 1/4 inch maximum on the high cutting position on the side plates.

• Cutting height is easily adjusted with a large lever up by the other controls from a low of 3/8 inch up to a high of 1 7/8 inches




• Finger tip controls operate the reel and drive separately, keeping both hands on the handle for better control




• All models have dual automotive style clutches and independent drive wheels; drive up loading ramps or otherwise transport the units without the reel turning



• A simplified automotive style differential gives you excellent maneuverability, final drive is chain and sprocket drive




• Heavy duty wide drive wheels with Chevron tread for good tracton and weight distribution



• Other features: Guard on drive and reel chain for safety, unitized all steel welded frame for strength and durability, high speed reel and bedkinfe are both precision ground to stay sharper and last longer



• Adjustable grass shield throws grass forward into the grass catcher (included)




• Solid 4 inch swivel casters for excellent maneuverability and load carrying capacity



• Maximum ground speed is approximately 200 ft. per minute on models H20R And H20S and 250 ft. per minute on models P20S, C25, and C27. The engine rpm controls the ground speed without changing blade cutting frequency. Ground speeds are measured at an engine rpm of approximately 2800 rpm



• Cutting height on all models is 3/8 inch minimum up to 1 5/8 inch maximum when set in the low cut position on the side plates of the frame, and 1 inch minimum to 2 1/4 inch maximum when set on the high cut position.

• Maintenance Hint: To adjust the distance between the bedknife blade and the reel blade, loosen the reel flange bolts and rotate the eliptical shaped bearing housing forward moving the reel closer to the bedknife edge.
