TurfVent Series Two Aerators For Commercial/Professional Use

TurfVent Series Two Aerators are available as either pull-behind aerators or 3 point hitch mount aerators; both types are available in 32 inch, 40 inch, and 48 inch wide models. All TurfVent Series Two coreplug models include TurfVent Ejector Tines that produce a 5/8 inch core with a 3.5 inch maximum penetration. TurfVent aerators feature independently turning tine clusters (with grease fittings) to eliminate tearing turf. The aerators feature a galvanazied expanded metal weight tray to hold weights, and grade 5 fasteners with aircraft-style lock nuts. TurfVent aerators are designed for a lot of use with minimal maintenance. The Turfvent Starburst Tine Aerators feature solid tines to aerator the soil without pulling a core plug. The available widths and frame specifications are the same as the coreplug models. The Starburst tines will also aerate to a depth of 3.5 inches. Choose the Turfvent Coreplug models if you need to reduce turf compaction and for maximum absorbtion of water and nutrients. Aerate using the StarBurst solid tine models if you do not need to reduce soil compaction, and/or you do not want to pull plugs.

• Tine clusters are independently turning with oil impregnated bearings, grease fitting provided on each cluster for periodic lubrication, core plug tines are easy to replace


• Ejector tines: heat-treated and tempered for lasting performance, ejector tine minimizes sod packing, allows easier turf penetration, and faster ground speed


• Units are available with either core plug tines or solid non-core plug star shaped tines


• All units aerate to a depth of 3.5 inches, on core plug models producing a 5/8 inch diameter plug, aeration density is 45 core plugs per square yard, on units with StarBurst, star tine aerator tines, aeration density is 64 vented openings per square yard
• Frame Construction: 3/16 inch x 1 1/2 inch angle iron; all brackets are 10 gauge hot roll steel; weight tray is galvanized expanded metal
