Vertical Band Saws

Three models of industrial vertical band saws are available. These industrial band saws have large work tables that have an adjustable angle (10 degrees in front and 15 degrees in the rear), and include the best features available such as: variable speed, and a built-in blade welder.

• Industrial, vertical band saw with adjustable work light, lighted blade welder with grinder and cutter standard, air-assisted chip removal nozzle, table pivots left and right, and forward and back for chamfer cuts, unit has tungsten carbide blade guides, accepts up to a 3/4 inch blade, as durable 4 speed gear driven transmission



• Saw has a throat depth of 11 3/8 inches - maximum material thickness it can cut is 7 3/4 inches



• Has 1/2 hp motor, 220 volt single phase power required



• Blade length is 2550 mm (100.39 inches), blade width is 1/4 to 1/2 inches



• Adjustable table, can be slanted to make chamfers, 10 degrees forward and rear, and 15 degrees left and right, table size is 19 3/4 inches x 19 3/4 inches



• Has adjustable, variable blade speed from 101 to 433 rpm



• Dimensions are: 36 inches long x 27 inches wide x 61 inches high, unit is free standing, can be bolted to the floor, wt. is 441 lbs.



• Has built-in blade welder to repair broken blades, can weld a blade with a maximum width of 0.51 inches (approximately 1/2 inch wide), maximum blade thickness of 0.32 inches
