Trailer Mounted Firewood Processors

The models WLWP630 and WLWP830 Firewood Processors make firewood processing a truly efficient one man operation. The models 630 and 830 firewood processors are portable trailer mounted models that can be towed right to where you want to do the processing and greatly reduces the lifting, bending, and handling involved in processing firewood by hand; reduces a 3 person crew down to one. These models are engine powered and use reliable Subaru 9 hp and 14 hp engines.

• Trailer mounted firewood processor brings work up to your level eliminating bending and stouping and heavy lifting



• The four way splitter continuously piles the firewood exactly where you want it without having to touch the pieces






• The WP series wood processors can pull the longest logs up into the cutting station using a hydraulic winch, the fold-up loading ramp features two jacks, creating an anchor for maximum pull without slipping




• Blocking logs doesn't have to be back-breaking work. The cutting station raises all the required actions to a better ergonomic position, that keeps your back straight and the controls within arms reach




• The WLWP630 and WLWP830 firewood processors significantly improve your efficiency. The operator no longer wastes time lifting the logs into the splitter; once cut, the block rolls directly into the splitting chamber without needing to lift anything.






• It is easy to transport the WP Series Wood Processors; the units are mounted on an integrated trailer; simply fold the trays of the machine and take-off. The easy pulling unit has features including: Torflex suspension axles, highway signal lights and 12 inch tires. The compact design folds together tightly, taking up minimal storage space.

• 9 hp Subaru engine on model WLWP630, 14 hp Subaru engine on WLWP830



• Two stage hydraulic pump with 16 gpm capacity on WLWP630, and 22 gpm capacity on Model WLWP830



• Splitting cylinder on both models is 4.5 inches in diameter and has a 24 inch stroke




• Has auto cycle valving to return splitter automatically to starting position ready for the next log to split



• Full stroke splitting cycle time is 11 seconds on model WP820 and 7 seconds on model WP830



• Maximum splitting force is 25 tons on both models





• Logs are manually cut to length using your chain saw, nylon cutting guads prevent metal to metal contact with frame when cutting




• Floating stabilizer - each log is pushed under the heavy-weighted stabilizer by the log behind it. The stabilizer prevents the log from rolling while you cut.



• Maximum splitting length is 24 inches, maximum log diameter is 22 inches




• Splitting wedge is an adjustable 4-way type, control the size of the firewood by raising the wedge with the easy-to-use lever. Lever is within arms reach of the cutting station




• Adjustable offload chute is height adjustable so you can dump it into a trailer or truck or on the ground
