Model XR1850 Diagnostic Wheel Balancer

The Coats Model XR1850 Diagnostic Wheel Balancer has all the features of the model XR1800 (see our web page in this section www.wikco.com/xr1800.html), including diagnostics, Tape-A-Weight and behind-the-spoke wheel weight positioning, and fast balancing cycles. Model XR1850 also features enhanced diagnostics to identify lateral runout, and has additional storage, and a printer that can be used to provide customers with a copy of the data from the balancing of the customer's tires and wheels (a sample printout is shown at the bottom of the page).

When you absolutely want to maximize your customer service and offer the best balancing service available, eliminating customer comebacks. The XR series balancers provide the fastest diagnostics available adding only a few seconds to the balancing process; and now, with both lateral and radial runnout diagnostics, The XR 1850 can provide extra assurance customer satisfaction, and the opportunity to eliminate even more comebacks by customers. The XR 1850 also provides you with a printed copy of the balancing data if needed, to further increase customer satisfaction, and to make it easy for technicians to share information for increased job performance.

• Has a printer used to print out balancing data for use by the technicians or to give to the customer
• Onboard air supply for quicker rotation and balance jobs
• Multiple operator feature allows up to four technicians to work at once
• XR 1850 handles wheels with maximum tire diameters up to 44 inches, and rim widths from 2 to 20 inches, and a maximum tire weight of 160 lbs.
