The Zephyr Motorcycle Towable Cargo Trailer has a unique rounded shape with a low profile design which we think makes it a great looking trailer to pull behind classically designed cruisers (Harley Heritage Classic), as well as the most modern looking full fairing bikes (such as the new Victories). This trailer gives you a sleek design along with a large 22 cubic ft. cargo capacity and 430 lbs. load capacity.

• Zephyr Trailer has a total weight of 230 lbs. empty, a tongue weight of 20 lbs., and a total load capacity of 430 lbs.



• Cargo box dimensions are: 59 inches long x 39 inches wide x 38 inches high (towing height with wheels), cargo capacity is 22 cubic feet



• Standard trailer colors/finish are white or black gel-coat finish (this is a shiny finish which looks fine as is).



• Standard wheels are white painted steel wheels with 12 inch diameter rims, 12 inch chrome or aluminum wheels can be purchased as options (see below)



• Additional available options include: Custom color matching; trailer bra; spoiler, etc., see the list below

• Bearing Buddies: Bearing Buddies go onto the end of the axle instead of the axle cap so you can more easily grease the wheel bearings - Price is $15.00 plus UPS shipping



• Coupler Lock: The coupler lock locks the lever on the ball coupler in place so you can not unhook the trailer from the bike - Price is $15.00 plus UPS shipping




• Harley Davidson Wiring Kit: This kit allows you to connect into the wiring harness of the bike without have to splice any of the wires on the bike, plugs directly into the factory wiring harness - Price is $49.00 plus UPS shipping



• No UPS shipping on accessories ordered with a trailer. If accessories are ordered separately then UPS shipping charge is $17.00 per accessory order for 1-3 items and $25.00 for 4-5 items at a time on the same order.
