Motorcycle Hitches

We have trailer hitches available for many of the popular brands. Hitches are available for various models from: BMW; Harley Davidson; Honda; Kawasaki; Suzuki; Triumph; Victory; and Yamaha. The hitches are usually classified into two groups; either visible or hidden (see the photos below). The visible hitches are all chrome finish so they are attactive if they are left on all the time; although they are usually easy to install or remove if needed. The hidden hitches are normally left in place all the time; the tongue and ball can be easily unbolted however, and if removed, the hitch is then un-noticable. Please Note: For hidden hitches which fit inside the motorcycle fender, fit is guaranteed only when the stock size tire is being used.

Conventional hitches are made of chrome plated steel tubing. Side supports are either made of polished or painted aluminum or chrome plated steel tubing. Internal hitches are also available depending upon the model; what is available is listed below. Internal hitches are covered with a protective zinc coating; these hitches are perfectly molded, and hidden under the rear fender, and the chrome plated tongue is removable. Chrome fender hitches are perfectly designed to match the contours of the rear. The externally mounted chrome plated hitch will add a shiny look to the rear of your motorcycle. The chrome tongue and ball are easily removable.

The above hitch is the Visible style hitch. It mounts on the outside of the fender and is not removable without unbolting it. It will bolt to either the muffler or foot peg bolts in most cases. The main part of the hitch and ball will be chrome plated, as well as exposed vertical struts, depending upon the specific application. All hitches on the application lists below marked "Visible" will look like this.

The above hitch is the Hidden Internal style hitch. It mounts on the inside of the fender using the stock bolts on the bike (any extra/longer bolts needed will be included). This type of hitch will be zinc plated for corossion resistance on all hidden parts; any part of the hitch not covered will be chrome, such as the hitch and trailer ball that comes out the back of the fender. The hitch section that protrudes out from under the fender can be unbolted to remove the ball assembly so when not pulling a trailer you can make the hitch almost invisible. This hitch is marked "hidden-removable" on the application guides.

The above hitch is the Hidden Hitch With Chrome Side Supports. This hitch is only for some Harley Davidson Models and is marked as "chrome fender" for hitch type on the application guides. This hitch is all chrome and has a decorative design to flow with the shape of the fender. You can pull the ball out of the end of the hitch to give you a nice clean look when not pulling a trailer.
