Heavy Duty Rear Tractor Blades

These Heavy Duty Rear Mounted Tractor Blades are designed to be used on tractors up to 120 hp in size. Blade widths available are 8 ft., 9 ft., and 10 ft.. Many superior features such as an extra long boom, 360 degree total swing angle,grader-type, steel reversible cutting edge, and precision-formed mold board made with the exact curvature necessary to achieve the maximum penetration, make these blades a first choice for large grading jobs.

• Features/Specifications


• Extra Heavy Duty Units for tractors up through 120 hp, designed with opitonal hydraulics on many of the blade functions, these are designed for a wide variety of work from material handling, landscaping, to heavy duty dam building jobs
• Functions are available as fully automatic or manual for angle, tilt, and offset
• Optional end plates can be used to allow blade to hold material in for filling
• The snow plow style raised skid shoes increase the life of the cutting edge, and avoid damage to the working surface, especially when working on hard sufaces
• King Pin diameter is 3 inches, blade is designed for heavy use
• Precision formed moldboard is designed with the exact curvature necessary to achieve the maximum penetration. This added precision allows the blade to cut and roll the soil rather than dragging, which saves time, hp, and fuel
• Moldboard is 18 inches high and 5/16 inches thick and has a reversible high carbon steel cutting edge that is 1/2 inch thick and 6 inches high
• Mounts on tractor's category 2 three point hitch and category 2 quick hitch
• Swing angle is 15, 30, and 45 degrees left or right (6 positions total)
• Offset adjustment is either 9 or 18 inches left or right (standard is manual offset, with optional cylinder kit you can have hydraulic offset adjustment)
• Tilt adjustment is 7.5, 15, and 22.5 degrees up or down
• Total swing angle is 360 degrees
• Parking stand is standard

• Please Note: All the functions require a cylinder for the unit to be all hydraulically operated. For full hydraulic operation you would need 3 remote hydraulic outlets on your tractor. If you don't have enough outlets, we suggest ordering two cylinders (you would need 2 outlets to plug in 4 hoses) to operate the tilt and angle by hydraulics, and operate the offset with the standard adjustable linking arm provided, or contact us about either diverter valves or additional control valves for your tractor.



• Please Note About Angling: When the blade is angled 45 degrees to the right, the cylinder is on the left side. When blade is angled 45 degrees to the left, cylinder is on the right side. Angle cylinder mus be manually moved to the other side of main frame to obtain full angle capacity.
