CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED ON U.S. ORDERS of $7000.00 and under in total value. The items must ship to the billing address of the credit card and must address verify when processed.

The billing address cannot be a post office box however; if the billing address is a post office box, then please pay by check, money order, or wire. (The only exception would be small items shipped to Alaska Or Hawaii which can ship by Post Office).

Please Note that standard personal or business checks drawn on a U.S. bank will be allowed to clear 10 WORKING DAYS. For immediate shipment of instock items, payment should be by cashier's check or wire transfer.

  • Canadian customers please send a cashier's check only, or postal money order, or request our bank wire information. All other customers from outside the country should pay by wire transfer only.

    Payment By Open Account

  • We will bill local, city, state, and federal government agencies and public schools and federal or state institutions Net 30 days on orders of $10,000.00 or less, and Net 15 days on orders over $10,000.00. All qualifing entities must provide us with a written, signed purchase order to purchase on open account. All private schools and institutions should prepay by check or wire, or by credit card on qualifying orders.


  • ALSO, PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW. BY FILLING THE ORDER FORM AND SENDING US OR MAILING US YOUR ORDER YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
    • 1. Standard delivery time on most items is normally 10 to 14 working days after our receipt of your order, HOWEVER, any order that has been shipped within 14 working days ARO (after our receipt of order), and is in transit, if cancelled at that time, any refund will be less shipping cost out and back and any appropriate restocking fee. These terms also apply to items already shipped and in transit that have been shipped within a mutally agreed upon extended shipping date.


    • 2. If you are paying for your order by credit card, your order must be shipped to either the billing address on the credit card, so the billing address cannot be a post office box. The billing address must address verify electronically when we process the payment. If the address doesnot verify for whatever reason, even if it is the correct address, then payment would need to be by check, money order, or wire transfer.


    • 3. We require that the purchaser be at the delivery location at the time of delivery to unload, inspect, and sign for the shipment. If you cannot be there to personally sign for the shipment, it is your responsibility to have someone there that will verify they are signing for you. We are not responsible however, for any lost shipments not signed for by you. We are only responsible for getting the shipment to the delivery point; you are responsible for the shipment at the delivery point, so either make sure you are there to personally accept the shipment or that you can trust your agent. Under no circumstances are you authorized to change the delivery address without Wikco's permission, and you are not authorized to make any kind of delivery changes with the trucking company or allow them to deliver the shipment without a delivery signature.


    • 4. If you have any delivery issues, problems, questions, etc., you are required to call us first at 866-464-8893 before any shipment is refused so we are aware of the issue.

    Ordering And Payment Of Replacement Parts

  • We supply parts for all products we sell. There are no returns on parts, unless we have ordered the wrong part for you. If you do not have the part number, and it is not easy to determine which part you need you will have to purchase the parts manual/exploded view or otherwise find the correct part number.
